Since 1990, Watermark Marine has delivered a full-service concept—specializing in guiding clients through each step of a waterfront project—from the initial design and permitting to the final construction or installation.
No one in NH has completed more Shoreline Structure Permits than the staff at Watermark!
Few shorefront projects can be completed without either a NH Department of Environmental Services SWQPA (Shoreland Water Quality Protection Act) and/or or NHDES Wetlands Bureau permit.
Effective July 1, 2008, almost all work within 250 feet of the water requires a NHDES permit.
